Please read the following house rules very carefully. Guests who do not comply with any of these rules will be asked to leave the property without any refund.
Pets are welcome but only after you inform us about the kind of pet. Charges may apply upon case.
No children under the age of 6.
No bath towels, pillows, indoor cushions or any kind of room linen allowed in the garden or on the beach.
Please do not take away any art or artifacts from the rooms.
No moving of furniture around or out the rooms.
Please don’t bring the property cats into your room.
Do not throw anything - including toilet paper - down the toilet.
The garden - unless otherwise marked - is for the use of all guests. Please respect your fellow guests’ use of it.
Each unit has a designated parking spot in the garden. Please use the spot for your rental, and not any random spot in the garden.
Please close the main gate to the property as you enter or leave Thalassa Garden, including if you are driving in and out of the property. While enjoying the outdoor amenities (sunbeds, hammocks etc.), please be mindful of not breaking or destroying the plants and trees in the garden.
Although guests are not required to clean the rooms, upon departure, please do not leave behind unwashed dishes, pots and other kitchen utensils.
Housekeeping schedule: Trash from rooms is taken out every 2nd day. Sheets and towels are changed every 3rd day.
